FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which languages do you work in?

Correspondence in English and Turkish. WhatsApp is the most practical channel; email works too but turnaround is a little slower.

What should I put in the first message?

Three things are enough: your monthly or annual volume in m³, which format you use, and the port you want delivery to. With those we can give a CIF estimate in the first reply.

How do I request a sample?

Send your address and company details over WhatsApp. Five to ten sheets of each format, courier at our cost, 7–10 days.

Can we visit the mill?

Yes. We arrange site visits for serious volumes, with travel planned via Izhevsk. Photographs and video go out beforehand.

What language is the contract in?

Bilingual English–Russian. We add a Turkish translation on request.

Tell us the format, thickness and monthly volume

We will work out the cubic metres per container, the freight to your port and the lead time. We answer during Turkish business hours, in Turkish, English and Russian.
