Products and prices
We make four formats. Three of the sheet formats carry the same price — what separates them is not cost but how quickly they break down into parts in your shop, and how many cubic metres fit in a container.

2600 × 1300
33m³
A 2600 mm bundle does not fit the 2352 mm inner width of the container and can only be stowed lengthwise. Floor utilisation — 47.8%.
1600 × 1600
38m³
A square bundle stows both lengthwise and across. Same container, same freight. Floor utilisation — 63.3%.
What it gives you
−16$/m³
A container costs the same whatever is inside: 3,960 $ over 33 m³ is 120 $/m³, over 38 m³ it is 104 $/m³. About 608 $ on every shipment.

Why buy from us
Straight from the mill, no middlemen. The veneer is peeled, dried and packed at a single site, and we are that site’s only commercial counterpart on the Turkish side. Every extra link in the chain adds cost and blurs responsibility for quality — here there are none.
We have our own rail siding on site. The railcar is loaded inside the mill: no truck leg to the station, no container demurrage, and the shipping schedule runs at our pace rather than someone else’s. One railcar holds 102 m³.
Moisture content 5–8%. The industry standard after drying is 8–10%. Drier veneer does not develop mould over a 22–32 day passage through the Black Sea and behaves more predictably in the press.
We publish the price. Almost nobody in this trade does. Ours is on the site, dated, and updated quarterly.
What fits in a container and a railcar
| Transport unit | Format | Net m³ | Gross t | Floor use | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Boxcar | 2600 × 1300 | 102 | — | — | Loaded directly from our own rail siding on site. |
| 40'HC container | 1600 × 1600 | 38 | 23.6–25.8 | 63.3% | Limited by weight, not volume. The most efficient container format. |
| 40'HC container | 1300 × 1300 | 40 | 24.8–27.2 | 66.4% | Fast breakdown into parts, less warehouse space. |
| 40'HC container | 2600 × 1300 | 33 | 20.5–22.4 | 47.8% | A 2600 mm bundle does not fit the 2352 mm inner width — lengthwise only. |
| Euro truck (13.6 m) | 2600 × 1300 / 1600 × 1600 | 34 | 20.0–22.0 | — | Always weight-limited: 82–92 m³ of space but only 20–22 t of payload. |
| 20'DV container | 2600 × 1300 | 15 | 9.3–10.2 | 49.0% | Only 35% of payload used. Not recommended for veneer — you pay for air. |

| Direct truck (via Verkhny Lars)Fast / urgent | 210–305 | 12–20 | 1 truck |
Our recommended base route is rail from our own siding to Novorossiysk, then a feeder vessel to Ambarlı. For large lots the river-sea route is cheaper, but it makes no sense below 2,000–3,000 m³ and runs into ice restrictions from December to March. For urgent lots there is road transport — fast, and twice the price.

How we start
Sample
Five to ten sheets of each format, courier at our cost, 7–10 days. You measure moisture and grade with your own meter.
Trial container
One 40'HC, 33–40 m³, CIF Ambarlı or Mersin. It tests the goods and the payment channel at once.
Regular supply
One railcar a month, 30% advance and 70% against copies of the documents. The unit grows, the cost per m³ falls.
Annual contract
We fix the volume and a price corridor, and you get priority in the production schedule.
